Moontrail support
A little help for tonight.
Most Moontrail features work entirely on the device. These quick checks cover the issues families are most likely to meet.
A spoken cue is silent
- Check the iPhone’s media volume and Silent Mode.
- In the routine editor, confirm that voice is enabled for that step.
- iOS chooses an installed system voice for the app language. A matching voice may need to be downloaded in iPhone accessibility settings.
A photo is unavailable
- Open iPhone Settings and check Moontrail’s photo permission.
- Choose the photo again from the step editor.
- Moontrail keeps its own local copy; removing permission later prevents choosing a new photo but does not automatically remove a photo already copied into a routine.
Restore Moontrail Plus
Open Moontrail Settings and choose Restore Purchases while connected to the internet. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase. If Apple reports no active purchase, check Purchase History or Subscriptions in the App Store.
Move routines to another device
Moontrail 1.0 stores routines locally and does not provide account-based sync. Recreate the routine on the new device. Do not rely on Moontrail as the only copy of a photo you want to keep.
